At the moment the home page shows only the lastest 3 reviews. If you want to keep up with all the reviews being posted on this site, you have to see the RSS feed, which shows the last 50.

Many users will not know, or want to go through, this route, yet still see more than the last 3 reviews.

What do you think if I show links to the last 5 reviewed products on each category page (Health & Wellness, etc.)?

So at the top of the page, you would have something like:

The following products have been reviewed recently:
Miracle Mineral Solution (MMS)
...
