All The Whey's Opti-Blend is a balance of WPI and WPC, 20g of protein per serving, a heap of amino acids and added taurine. It is low in fat and carbohydrates, making it pretty versatile. The two best aspects, though, are taste and price - the chocolate mint has a powerful mint flavor with subtle chocolate, kind of like the liquid equivalent of an Andes mint. There are many flavors, so if you're more into chocolate or anything else you'll find something you'll love. Very competitive prices.
