I always have believed that homemade gainers are the best options because you can manipulate the macros, but when your on the run and have no time to do it, because it actually can be hard to do them for some people, a premade gainer is the choice.

Allmax Quickmass is one of those premade gainers made specially for ectomorphs, i believe that endo and mesomorphs should use cleaner gainers, what does clean stand for? lower sugar intake, lower carbs and by logic, fewer cals per serving.

Price: 7/10 Actually the price is solid, very good but the fact that there are many others better gainers on the market at slightly lowered prices makes me doubt about Quickmass

Ingredient Profile: 6/10 For me being a complete Endomorph, the ingredient profile doesnt work for me cuz of my insulin sensitivity-fat gain ratio. I prefer cleaner choices because i tend to gain weight easy, but by the way it doesnt mean it has a bad profile, its acceptable.

Taste: 7/10 Just tried the Chocolate one and tastes almost the same as the extreme chocolate by ON, its a good flavor but leaves aftertaste.

I would say look around for others but if your specially interested on this one, go for it.

First off I thought the price was a little high. You only get 18 servings, and recommends 2 servings a day. I got the big bulk of my calories from my diet so I only had one serving a day, which lasted 18 days. At 1010Cals/serving it was one filling shake! Just before bed I’d take one and then waddle up the stairs. I had Vanilla flavor and it was explosive! It was so good tasting I just wanted more and more. I did find it a little rich for my liking, but I couldn’t complain. 56g of protein are awesome. QuickMass offered more protein per serving and Calories compared to other mass gainers. The QuickMass also contains an amount of their NP5 matrix – taurine, creatine monohydrate AND creatine ethyl ester. This shake taken at night gave me energy throughout my workout the next morning. After each workout I took half a serving to recover using these creatines and re-energize me – and of course a great PWO protein source!
