ZMA is intended to boost testosterone and IGF-1 factors, leading to increases in lean mass. In addition, it is supposed to lull you into a deep sleep. I've been using this for about a week now, and every night I've taken it, I have not been able to fall asleep for hours; last night I tossed and turned so long I eventually ended up taking some Melatonin so I could get some rest. I can't tell if my T-levels have increased, but I'm not benefiting from the growth I should be getting during sleep.

I've used ZMA products in the past and haven't had this issue, so I'm not sure what the problem is.
