90% dairy protein. The Natural flavor is neutral - it can be combined very well with any desired flavoring. Dairy protein powder forms clumps on any wet surface, so it should be mixed immediately (preferably shaken or blended, not stirred) into liquid poured into a previously dry container. For a smoother texture, leave it for at least five minutes.
