Life Support is a product that can either be used as PCT or overall health. I opted to use it for the latter, as I was looking for a general health supplement and I was impressed with the Milk Thistle Extract, which promotes liver health. Read Yeast Rice is also supposed to promote circulation, so that seemed like a good addition as well. I don't feel much of a difference, but I seem to have less indigestion (I'm not sure if that's related). However, it does contain a lot of solid ingredients to support a hectic lifestyle, and the price is reasonable.
