0 forum posts RPM™ is a breakthrough pre-workout formula in a class by itself. It is the world’s first Anabolic-Cognitive Energy System Enhancer (A-CESE) (Anabolic + Cognitive Psy-Stimulant).
RPM mimics the mechanisms and effects of experimental pharmaceutical-grade compounds called SARMs (Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators) which are being touted as a future class of drugs that will effectively replace traditional anabolic preparations due to their absence of negative side-effects. Written by ponshoe - #1 reviewer - View all my reviews I used while i was bulking because since my carbs are up due to get a caloric surpulus, i tend to be more dizzy and lazy (Im not good with high amounts of carbs) and RPM gave me the energy i needed through my workout to complete it on a very satisfactory way, without any kind of shut down or crash. My energy was through the day with only a small dose and my strength was up considerably without the use of any creatine or other supplement. RPM is one of the best stims, i done lots of cardio even after a HEAVY weight training session, without feeling any tired. Sides: if you take it to late in the day, you will have problems with sleep for sure. Some sweats and nothing else. 0 of 0 people found the following review helpful

Written by TangOandCasH - Top 50 reviewer - View all my reviews My initial dose was 3 pills 40min before my workout. I took them on an empty stomach and did NOT take any other stimulants. 30min after the initial dose I felt a slight boost in energy and focus. I then proceeded to ingest 2 more pill directly before my first lifting set. 15min into WO: I feel a modest rush of energy. No jitters, good amount of focus. I continue to lift hard. Intensity begins to increase. 30min into WO: I have plateaued in regards to intensity. I feel a good energy rush, sustained focus. I remain motivated to continue lifting. The energy is very "clean" and I am enjoying it thus far. 45min into WO: No changes to report. I continue to lift with the increase or decrease in energy since last posted at the 30min mark 60min into WO: I am now starting to feel a gradual "come-down". I am loosing energy and no longer feel the same "rush" intensity. 75min into WO: I have completed my cardio and am pretty tired. I still feel some residual effects of the RPM but I am ready to crash. One thing I should include is that for the first 15min I was perspiring very heavily. I sweat a lot on my own but the volume of liquid coming from my pours had definitely increased. The effect eventually wore of around the 45min mark. I felt warm throughout the workout, plausibly due to the thermogenic effect. I was not uncomfortable at all with this and made me feel like I was working harder that usual. Verdict: The kick of RPM was noticeable and gave the required intensity I was looking for. I think 5 pills is the right dose for me as recommended by the directions on the product. I would like to have felt more of a rush in intensity, but the energy provided was sufficient. Overall I would recommend this product to others. I have used it on cardio only days and find that the boost provided while training is far better suited for me during these days. I stacked this with DRIVE and will provide a review as well. 0 of 0 people found the following review helpful
