Fresh Cinnamon Roll

Wow. Say what you want about BSN, they know how to make things taste good. Syntha-6 was good, but if you don't want an MRP, it may provide too many carbs and fat. Lean Dessert is an amazing alternative - the Fresh Cinnamon Roll tastes EXACTLY like its namesake, it's like a delicious batter. Mixability is thicker than whey, I love it. I just wish this came in bigger tubs, because the price is about $1 per serving. Of course, that is about the price of a candy bar, and I think I'd rather have this. WOW.

Chocolate Fudge Pudding

Given the profile, and BSN's other lines of tasty proteins, I really expected more out of this one. The mixability was great, as with the other flavor, but this was lacking the deep, fudgey chocolate taste of Syntha-6, and even some other protein blends (cough*Myofusion*cough). It tasted a little bland and is definitely one of the weaker flavors - I'll stick with Cinnamon Roll.

I had my clubbin' shoes on the night I met her. A smokin' 5'6" hottie, without the typical smoker breath. After the main course of "drunk grinder", Bunny said to me, "how 'bout we go back to your place for some dessert?" Sounded like a plan to me...

Taste - I've had Banana Nut Bread and only Banana Nut Bread. It tastes quite good. It tastes surprisingly natural and does well in baking applications. It's not quite the gourmet protein everybody makes it out to be, but whatever.

Mixability - A strong point for this protein. Whether it's milk or water, Lean Dessert has no trouble meshing molecules at all.

Value - OK, so the price per serving isn't bad. The protein per serving, though? Not so great. So, in terms of #g protein/serving, this doesn't do so well. Whatever. With a name like Lean Dessert, it's obviously not meant to be used all the time.

Overall, this isn't too bad for a refreshing break from the usual protein flavors. It's not spectacular, but it is pleasant and different.

For some reason Bunny didn't seem quite as thrilled as me about the Lean Dessert. After I'd sobered up, I'd realized - I knew my Lean Dessert better than Bunny. My Lean Dessert never came with colonies of crabs, and it actually tasted pretty darn good too.

BSN Lean Dessert is a very well made protein powder which include other goodies like ''good'' carbs as well as good fats, it has very few cals and makes it very fit for whether, cutting or bulking.

I used it as the name says, as a dessert / snack or when i was hungry. Actually i still use it sometimes when im good with money since its VERY cost effective and way cheap for what you get.

The flavors are well and i rate them in this order:
Banana Nut Bread
Banana Cream
Chocolate Fudge
Chocolate Coconut
Fresh cinnamon
Whipped Vanilla.

im still surprised with the GREAT taste Lean dessert has, specially being a very underrated supplement, def not popular.

Lean Dessert is perfect for anytime since its a blend of proteins that offers slow /medium /fast aborption, keeping you in a constant anabolic state, which everyone enjoys.

You can't beat the price for what you get, highly recommended.

Tip: Try mixing the flavors along with fruit and Oats, it will taste amazing. Also try blending some Ice crushed and you will enjoy a thick and healthy shake.

I normally would not invest in protein that came in tubs providing only 18 servings. With a large batch of these hitting near expiry supplementscanada.com and Popeye's Supplements have had them very cheap so i picked up a bunch of tubs. Got a blend of whey + casein along with some glutamine peptides and EFA's. I have a few tubs of chocolate and banana.
The taste is just amazing. I find if you dont use alot of milk or water, it can seem too sweet, so make sure you find the right amount to suit your needs. It has mixed very well so far and have not had any problems.
All in all, if you find it cheap, definately worth picking up
