2 Shredded is a combo fat loss/energy product. It also contains some diuretic elements, so it gives you a nice shredded look while giving your metabolism a nice kick. While it does have some appetite suppressing qualities and gives a burst of energy, it has one nasty side effect- extreme anxiety. I think it may have to do with the caffeine, although Monster/No-Xplode never made me fee like this. I felt very jittery and nervous, almost to the point where I couldn't concentrate. If you want to burn some fat, go for it, but I think I'd feel a lot better doing a couple hours of cardio than dealing with the nerves.

One of my best fat burners! the ingredient profile is very solid and has a lot of ingredients to ensure an anti catabolic effect, promotes fat burning by increasing thermo effect, suppress appetite and helps with the water retention. All the ways you may want to ensure your fat burning to max!.

I was dosing it at 3 caps before cardio and 2 or 3 caps later before working out and it helped me get down 6 lbs in three weeks, but all pure body fat. Thats why i am so happy with it, that i usually run it to cut a bit or to maintain lean gains by burning fat and not muscle or carbs.

So basically if your looking for a new edge, all-in-one fat burning agent, this one will be the right choice, i recommend it.

While I can't say exactly how long I took 2Shredded, I can assure you it was long enough for my review to be very in depth. While I went through a few different thermogenics last semester, 2Shredded was definitely the one I spent the most time with. I still have a good amount of 2Shredded left, and I plan on using it, I will touch on that later.

2Shredded seemed like a solid product for me. I ran it solo for most of the time I was on it (along with the basics of course).

I will say that I saw better results on a stack of Lean Xtreme and Prolab Thermo Fire, but I never tried 2Shredded with Lean Xtreme so that comparison seems unfair.

2Shredded was a solid product, and while I have no way of measuring bodyfat losses or anything through last semester, the mirror definitely told me I had lost a decent amount of weight.

Energy Boost: 7/10 Gave me a pretty good kick, not as powerful as other things I've used, but this isn't the key point of the supplement.

Thermogenic Effects: 8/10 I thought that I felt a great amount of thermogenic effects on this product. My body heat was up while taking it.

Cost: 6/10 The cost on this product can go either way. One dose a day and it lasts over a month of workouts. Two servings a day like suggested and it's a 3 week supplement.

Overall I think it's a pretty good supplement. Because of the diuretic properties I may use it in the future, mainly as a jump start for a cut as I think it would help control water weight which is easier to take care of when you're first started to try and shred out.

Directions
