Hot rox was actually my 2nd fat burners in my supplement history. Being a noob and walked at GNC, i went with this stuff to home ready to burn those unwanted love handles and begin to burn fat just by sitting around my PC.

Well obviously i was quite wrong with my statement. At first, Hot rox was doing his job very well, i was so hyped and full of energy and one of the most noticeable effects was the suppressed appetite, which helped me with those cravings. But problems cames around week 3, specially at the beginning. Fatigue and lethargic feelings were there very constant and i experienced some crash a few hours after my dose, which made me feel very sick and thats the point where i got totally disappointed of Hot Rox. (specially at that ridiculous expensive price)

Its not a fat burner, since the formula is quite good but after trying some stuff around, i can state there are many betters and cheaper. My recommendation, stay away from Hot Rox, its not worth it and you can find better deals on others fat burners.

If your looking for a fat loss supplement, this is one of the best ones out there. I have tried lipo6, green tea, caffeine alone, and much more. The one thing about this product is that it has carbolin 19, which is supposed to help you retain muscle mass while dieting. I found that cutting weight was the easiest when using hot rox, since it allowed me to lose plenty of fat, while sparing my hard earned muscle mass. It also doubles as a energy supplement, although the effects are much greater if taken on an empty stomach, which is recommended. It comes with 110 pills, which will cost around 40 dollars, and last you about a month depending on how high of a dosage you use. I would recommend building a tolerance to the stimulants, if you do not already take stimulants. If you do not, this particular product can cause discomfort, since it does contain caffeine, and yohimbe. As long as you keep your diet clean, and make sure you exercise, adding in hot rox will definitely maximize fat loss.
