Body Fortress Creatine Mix is easy to find (walmart or Target) and VERY affordable (around 15 bucks taxes included) and last long. This was my first creatine supplement and it worked great giving my edge on strength and pumps, however on the bad sides it also gave me bad water retention.

Im very prone to water retention from monohydrate and micronized, so its very rare if im using these kind of creatine, but at the price it can get, its well worth for some. Some people doesn't report any sides at all from mono, so it varies from person to person.

If youre beginner or amateur, this is a great competitive creatine formula, but don't expect HUGE gains from it, there are still even betters.

The price is about 10 dollars for 5 pounds. best ive seen by far of any product. Its not a fancy creatine product and doesnt claim to be. Personally i think it is the best creatine product out for the cost efficiency alone. I suggest this to everyone that does any physical activity that they want to become stronger, faster, and better at. Its dosed perfect for one serving a day to be suffecient. By far one of my favorite creatine products and all around supplements that ive found in the industry. Also it is very easy to find as even walmart carries the stuff.
