Great for your pre-bed shake. Of course that also means it mixes pretty bad. Impossible with a spoon but works if you use a shaker or blender. Another thing you can do is add a good mixing whey powder to it; the ratio will then determine the final mixability. For example, 1scoop whey to 1/2scoop tetrabolic works well. Taste is mild; pretty decent but nothing exotic. Cookies'nCream is one of the better ones. It also has added glutamine, taurine, creatine, vit/min mix, and mcts. Definitely a good choice worth considering. This powder is actually a pleasant surprise - almost no house brands(vitamin shoppe=bodytech) have a formula made up of micellar casein. Expect to pay much more for other big names with similar composition.
