BIG is a unique product, marketed for use post-workout and pre-bed. It combines Creatine, vitamins, CLA, melatonin and Fulvic Acid, for muscle volumization.

While I did experience deep, relaxing sleep, it took me longer to get to sleep than I thought it would. I think the reason for this is that there is only 1mg of melatonin in each serving, probably to prevent those taking this post-workout from falling asleep in the middle of the day.

Overall, this is a solid product and attractively priced. It also comes in powdered form.

I first came across this product as an accident searching the internet. CMI's BIG has turned out to be a sudden favorite, as it has helped me maintain mass and even gain strength while on a cut. This product can be used post workout or can be used for pre-bedtime.

The taste is not bad, as it is a Hi-C resembling fruit punch that mixes very well. You feel the effects very quickly, as this product is designed to help stimulate growth and release creatine while you sleep. I was able to sleep better and wake up feeling refreshed every time I took it.

This is definitely a great value for its price and I would recommend it for anyone looking for a bed time supplement to help induce growth.
