I personally had no side effects from this product. In fact, I had no effects at all. I still got sick and found that this product didn't do anything for me. It is pretty high in price for a product that is so simple. Personally I don't think this product is necessary and I don't fall into the 'hype' that surrounds it. You are also popping alot of pills a day which means a bottle doesn't last long. My experience wasn't very good with it. This may not be the case for everyone, but it did not do anything for me. I believe that there are far better products to take out there to boost your immune system and fight sickness whenever it comes along.

I really hate colds and flus so I use Cold FX regularly. I haven't suffered from a cold in a couple of years and when I get flus the effects are minimal.

When I first tested this product, it seemed to work sometimes and then has little if any noticeable effects at other times. After more testing I figured out how to use this product effectively.

For me, the most important thing in using Cold FX is to be aware of when you are catching a cold. When I catch a cold one of the first things that happen to me is that the roof of my mouth gets itchy. So I will usually take 3 capsules 3 times a day and the cold subsides with minimal effects for a couple of days.

If you take it too late, the virus festers and Cold FX will not do anything for you because by that time your body is already trying to fight it full force.

I have heard though that for some people Cold FX does not increase white blood cells so if you are one of those people then you're unfortunately out of luck...
