D4 is pretty powerful stuff, although with 290mg of caffeine in addition to Yohimbine, White Willow Bark and a few other ingredients I guess that's not surprising. Not much appetite suppression, a little nausea, but a big thermogenic effect. It will definitely keep you going even during a tough cardio session, but you'll also likely have jitters long after your workout ends. I cannot imagine using this for 8 weeks as it recommends.
