One reason I don't like taking vitamins and other supplements is because I don't like swallowing pills. I was much more comfortable in my childhood when I had those awesome Flintstones vitamins. Thankfully, Centrum has introduced a chewable version of their normal multi-vitamin, which nearly literally contains every vitamin and mineral from A to Z. Gives you everything you need at an attractive price in a tasty little tablet.
