overall i very good multi, i used this for a few weeks over teh summer when my multi ran out and my dad had this sitting in his medicine cabinet. ingredient profile is decent and the price is very good, but for anyone serious into bodybuilding they should look for something else. i would personally suggest NOW ADAM though everyone raves about animal pak. i tihnk if your looking for a generic multi vitamin to use then centrum silver is a great choice and a great value for your money, but for those looking for a multi vitamin geared more towards bodybuilding i think it is best to spend the extra money and get a better multi with a better profile

Yet again I find myself reviewing something straight from the Wal-Mart shelf. And again, for the basic multivitamin market, many people recommend the overpriced and bloated products that are a good $10-20 more than this.

Centrum got this right. I first started taking this product during my school year, and found everything from focus to energy being heightened. The purpose of a multi is to fill in any holes your diet leaves in the nutrients a body needs to function 100%, and the profile of this product is superb. I felt less fatigued and my injured knee provided less joint pain than normal. I also found my immune system heightened to insane levels, I normally get ill twice or so during the winter months and I didn't fall ill once. The taste still has a bit of a chemical taste to it, but I've had far, far worse in the multi department. Overall, a good product.
