My local supp store recently started carrying controlled labs products, and i've been wanting to try glycergrow for a while, so for only $40 i figured it was worth trying.
best note to point, 120 servings IF you use 3 scoops, i often use 2 or 3, so this thing will last me over half a year, which is amazing for the cost.
Strength/size wise, i can't really say i experienced much as my results lately have been consistently improving.
The pump is actually really good. I find it can be hit or miss though, if I have anything to eat, the pump really isnt there with it, but if i take it on empty i feel it.
mixing wise, not as much of a prob as some make it out to be, i generally shoot my pre-w/o anyways, so i toss a few extra scoops a little more water, and chug

i think its worth trying. lots of servings so if you like it, it lasts a good while

I think this is a great product, and would use again.

Taste is awful, but just tastes like tacky and very-organic (organic used in terms of chemistry) and VERY salty. Of course salt is a major component, so it is expected, but expect to handle salt.

I started at 2 scoops and worked up eventually to 4 scoops (up to 6 a couple times). I found 4 to be a great spot for me to stay to get the benefit, without using more than I had to. I had gained muscle while using this product, but to credit it fully to Glycergrow would not to be appropriate.

The pumps I got were great, and on some workouts, could be quite painful (but a good kind).

Based on its mode of action, I suppose dehydration is a important side-effect to mention if water intake is insufficient.

Value of this product is outstanding. Seemingly endless supply for a decent price. glycerol monstearate is in many product blends, but for a solid product based mostly on GMS itself, this is my number one choice.

I had been looking for a glycerol product for quite a while until I found GlycerGrow and I was pleasantly suprised when I saw the price and how much serving (120!) it contained. It mixes like crap and it is tastless but it where it counts; pump enhancement, it delivers! The first day I took it I worked out arms (which I only do about once every two weeks) and I was shocked at the pump I got because my arms rarely get pump, it was not placebo effect because people mentioned to me how much fuller my arms looked.

I would suggest just putting the scoop straight in your mouth and chasing it with water because trying it mix it is useless, it is tasteless so you won't have trouble with a foul taste.

I have always heard great things about controlled labs and if they keep delivering like they have with Glycergrow and Orange Triad they have a bright (continued) future.

Glycergrow is quite the unique product. While marketed merely as a "cell volumizer," it also gives some decent pumps and improved my vascularity. It is also the best bargain of any supplement I've seen. Ingesting it can be kind of difficult, but I've had success mixing it with diet soda and then slurping it down that way. Either way, a very solid product for those who want pump but wish to cycle off creatine/stims.

Glycer Grow by controlled labs is one of the most underrated supplements in the bodybuilding community. First of all the price is staggering cheap for the amount of servings you get and could easily last six months for a hardcore lifter. It does not mix well at all, but it says so on the container and i find that just chasing 3 scoops with water or mixing it with yogurt is the best way to go. About 35-45 minutes after taking the dose I have amazing vascularity and my arms are bulging even on a leg day! Dosed correctly and it can also be slightly anabolic, which is an amazing thing for someone on a caloric surplus or deficit. For the price per serving, it would be a waste not putting this in your arsenal.
