In addition, the price of Green Mag is very good and you get 80 servings, enough to last a long time whether you take it every day or only on workout days. Some people have had bad side effects based on the magnesium content, I am not one of those people but keep it in mind when considering this product. Other than that concern I can think of nothing that would keep someone from using this product day in and day out. 0 of 0 people found the following review helpful

Written by fitman83 - View all my reviews Creatines are known unless capped for tasting pretty bad especially CEE, but not so with green magnitude. In my opinion if you just bought GM for the taste alone it would still be a great buy. GM also contains adequate doses of Taurine and Tyrosine which is also a plus. 1 of 1 people found the following review helpful

The taste is great, at least the Sour Apple flavor, i havent tried Electric Lemonade yet, but sour green apple is very decent. One tub can last you 2 months!, taking one serving per day to maintain creatine levels and the price its another plus, you can find it around $40 bucks the 2 month version or at $25 bucks the 1 month version. I highly recommend it if youre tired of mono and looking for edge and something more. 1 of 1 people found the following review helpful

Written by JCorginalbdass - Top 50 reviewer - View all my reviews All of that being said, I will not use Green Mag again. I had horrible gastric side effects from the high levels of magnesium in the product. I tried to do a half serving pre workout and a half post workout, which helped a little, but still I had very bad gastric problems. Although not everyone has experienced these side effects, there are many who have. If you are not sensitive to magnesium, then this is a fine creatine product to take. I didn't experience as much fullness, hardness, and strength as I did with other creatines, but I did have some increases. 0 of 0 people found the following review helpful
