Green MAGnitude (Controlled Labs)

Green MAGnitude (Controlled Labs)

Green MAGnitude is the most advanced powder creatine matrix ever to reach the market and one of the first creatine products on the market to combine Magnesium Creatine Chelate (a patented form of creatine), with Dicreatine Malate (creatine bound with Malic Acid) to deliver synergistic benefits you can actually FEEL working during your workout.

Magnesium Creatine Chelate and Dicreatine Malate are important during both anaerobic and aerobic workouts and are involved in the efficient production and utilization of ATP. This KEY COMBINATION also has oxygen-sparing effects and helps optimize mitochonddrial function to directly and indirectly "boost energy" during your workout or cardio session. As a bonus, when combined with Betaine Anhydrous, this potent combination may also help neutralize lactic acid build-up indirectly, and signal the body to use oxygen to burn fat as fuel.

Taurine, Betaine Anhydrous, and Tyrosine have a wide variety of physiological and metabolic functions and were added to Green MAGnitude for potent volumizing, antioxidant, ergogenic, and cognitive benefits.

I recently got to try some Controlled Labs Green Magnitude and personally loved it. I only took it for a few days but I could really recognize what it did to my body. With the first serving all I could tell was that the taste of Sour Apple was amazing and I felt kind of pumped up to go to the gym. After a couple days my lifts started to slowly climb and I knew that my strength was going up a little which is great after just a short period of time. This product mixes well and is the best tasting product I have ever tried. Controlled Labs is an amazing company and coming from them I knew this product wouldn't let me down and it didn't.

controlled labs is a great company, and overall, green magnitude is a great product. it offers a "fancy" alternative to creatine mono along with other extras. i felt this product helped me build muscle and strength as a creatine product should, but nothing more. afterall it is just a creatine product. the taste was very strong for me so i just mixed it up with more water than the tub says, which isnt really a big deal. the powder mixed up very easily both with a spoon and with a shaker so thsi was not a problem at all. the only complaint i have about the product is that the first few servings did not sit well with my stomach, which i have been told is probably due to the magnesium. so i would suggest this to anyone looking for a new creatine product, but be sure to use smaller servings your first few times to asses your tolerance to the product.

This is my favorite creatine product, bar none. It has the best taste, mixes very well, and has a great ingredient profile. The forms of creatine used are advanced and dosed in adequate amounts, as is the Taurine and Tyrosine, both of which help with recovery and stamina in the gym.

As far as creatine products go, this one does not contain any carbs, which I think are unnecessary in a creatine supplement such as Cell Tech. In addition, the price of Green Mag is very good and you get 80 servings, enough to last a long time whether you take it every day or only on workout days.

Some people have had bad side effects based on the magnesium content, I am not one of those people but keep it in mind when considering this product. Other than that concern I can think of nothing that would keep someone from using this product day in and day out.

I liked taking this product a lot. What stood out about it more than anything is the taste, the flavor I chose was candy apple and thats exactly what it tasted like. It was by far the best tasting creatine supplement I have ever or probably will ever taste. I took it everyday and about 30 mins. pre-workout on workout days. During my exercises there was notable strength and stamina increases, I was able to squeeze out 1 or 2 more reps than normal and and I was able workout go a bit longer. Also my muscles over time filled out pretty well.

Creatines are known unless capped for tasting pretty bad especially CEE, but not so with green magnitude. In my opinion if you just bought GM for the taste alone it would still be a great buy. GM also contains adequate doses of Taurine and Tyrosine which is also a plus.

My staple creatine when im cutting. Taking in consideration the great quality of Controlled Labs and its past creatine supplement Green Bulge, you cant miss this one.

I prefer to use it while cutting ( i also use it on bulking ) because its calorie free, it works by upping your strength and there is no bloat at all, instead of some users report with creatine monohydrate.

The taste is great, at least the Sour Apple flavor, i havent tried Electric Lemonade yet, but sour green apple is very decent. One tub can last you 2 months!, taking one serving per day to maintain creatine levels and the price its another plus, you can find it around $40 bucks the 2 month version or at $25 bucks the 1 month version.

I highly recommend it if youre tired of mono and looking for edge and something more.

For me, this was an average creatine product at best. The only thing exceptional about Green Mag was the taste. It really tastes like liquid candy. I looked forward to the taste of every serving. It also has alot of servings for the price. It mixed perfectly, better than most creatines.
All of that being said, I will not use Green Mag again. I had horrible gastric side effects from the high levels of magnesium in the product. I tried to do a half serving pre workout and a half post workout, which helped a little, but still I had very bad gastric problems. Although not everyone has experienced these side effects, there are many who have. If you are not sensitive to magnesium, then this is a fine creatine product to take. I didn't experience as much fullness, hardness, and strength as I did with other creatines, but I did have some increases.

GreenMAG is by far one of if not the best creatine ive ever tried. Everytime i take a cycle i gain enormous amounts of strength. It tastes amazing and the texture isnt bad at all. They have 2 flavors. green apple and electric lemonade. You can go wrong with wither one. both solid flavors. You might want to watch out with your taking MAOI's though as this could have bad side effects. Staking it with glycergrow is recommended as those 2 together have amazing effects. As far as weight gain goes it helps you put on some muscle but nothing magical and there practicly no water bloat. one thing to note before taking this is if you have magnesium sensitivity because this does contain magnesium, about 83% of you DV. so for some it may gas stomach issues and potentially diareha. Make sure to drink PLENTY of water with this supplement as it works best with 1-2 gallonsof water a day.
