Controlled Labs came out on the market with the Reduction combo pack just recently in hopes of changing up fat burning market. It included an AM stimulant driven fat burner and a PM version you take before sleep. I happen to win two bottles of Reduction PM, so I decided to give it a try. The profile list is pretty solid with GABA included to get your body ready for sleep. You take these pills thirty minutes before sleep and about the time you are suppose to go to sleep you do feel sleepy. I feel tired before I take this, but when I take it I have amazing sleep. I wake up refreshed and having to urinate like no other. I suggest you go to sleep when the product tells you because if you don't you will feel drowsy. I don't have late night cravings like normally being a college student with this product, but you can't really gauge if you burning fat. The thing is that it keeps your body anabolic as you sleep. This is a solid product at a great price. You might not see visible fat burning results, but you will get great sleep.

Recently picked up 3 bottles of Reduction PM to help out with my cut, and help me get in those few extra hours of quality sleep around stressful exam times. First off, price is killer, at buy 2, get 1, i got 90 days worth for around $30, a solid deal in my opinion.
Drowsiness is a side effect i suppose, but technically, as a sleep aid, its not a side effect, its what it does, doesnt knock you out, but i could be hit with placebo when i say it really tires me down.
I havent developed any sort of dependencies or tolerance to it. still only need 2 caps per night, and i can still get a full nights sleep without taking it.
fat-loss wise, not the easiest to judge, because its not gonna be a make or break thing, but i do find myself waking up in the morning feeling more leaned out, possibly a diuretic effect.

all in all, great product that can be of great help to anyone cutting!

Whoever thought of splitting off the PM pills from REDuction into a separate product deserves a raise. For those who aren't as hardcore about fat burning or don't want to start off the morning with a thermogenic stim, REDuction PM offers a combo sleeping pill/fat burner for night-time use only.

This doesn't put me to sleep as effectively as some other sleep-aids, as the thermogenic effect does warm me up. However, you do get a deep sleep and I rarely wake up feeling drowsy or tired.

The price is solid as well, considering that it is an effective two-in-one product.
