I have been taking these pills for almost a full month and I haven't lost a pound. I reugalarly do cardio (4-6 times a week)and I have not noticed any of the positive effects that are described in the other reviews. I have actually fallen asleep during the middle of the day and I am writing this now at close to midnight because I can't fall asleep. Maybe its just me but I felt like I should post a critical review because I am not having the same experience as anyone else on any website reviewing CL Reduction. I'm thinking about not finishing the bottle.

REDuction is a unique product in that it keeps the fat burning 24/7 with AM and PM pills. The AM pills give you a nice burst of energy and you can feel the thermogenic effect - my body temperature increased a noticeable degree. The PM pills are effective as well, lulling you into a deep sleep that supposedly enhances lean mass. REDuction definitely gets the job done, and has an impressive list of ingredients, including PEA, GABA and L-Theanine; the last two are well known mood enhancers.

CL Reduction is a well worth new fat burner that offers a completely new form of burning fat constantly, that is splitting the formula in two versions, the AM version and the PM version, obviously for its respective times.

While with the AM version you get a blend of herbs that promotes fat burning, boost in metabolism, energy, appetite control, with the PM version you still get all these benefits without being ''at full speed'' from stim effect that the PM version doesn't have. Thats one of the reasons this is a very solid fat burning formula, youre burning all day long.

The price its another aspect very well since most of CL products last long or are very cheap or both. In this case, you can run a 30 day cycle with onlt 25-30 dlls, which makes it a pretty solid deal that you cant let pass.

Very recommendable to anyone seeking to break the annoying fat loss plateau.

This is a thermogenic product that I've had the opportunity to use in the past month and needless to say I loved it. This product comes with 2 bottles of pills, one for AM and one for PM.

I loved the AM pills - they gave me a little jittery energy as long as I waited ~35-40 minutes to eat, and I loved it. I also found that they had a great thermo effect - I would be sweating in 74 degrees which I loved. While doing cardio I would sweat like a beast, I'd say twice as much as I normally would. This coming with workouts at 5pm, mind you - this product truly worked ALL DAY. (Doing cardio this past week without it I really noticed a lot less sweating and I was sort of disappointed it was gone )

The PM pills were also very nice, they helped me sleep WELL - I always got a good night's rest which is uncommon for me normally. I had some sick dreams on these as well - I don't know if it came from the pills or it was just random, but either way it was great.

No aftertaste with the pills, provided that you drink enough water with them. Definitely no difficulty sleeping, because coupled with the stims in the AM you have PM pills which help you with sleep and recovery.
