This supplement has given me nothing but problems, i haven't increased in strength, and it has caused some adverse side-effects, thus my doctor has ordered me to stop taking it!

Used several NO products (Metrx, NO Xplode, Super Charge X-treme, Super Pump, 1 MR), and White Flood is quality stuff. NO Xplode is overrated and not nearly as effective as Super Charge, Super Pump 250 and White Flood. I do not take creatine because bloats me too much, which is the reason for my switch. White Flood had no side effects on me..very clean

I have bought and tested many different kinds of suppliments and I say this is one of they best. It last long and gets me a pump for a long time. I also do not crash after i take it. It works well and i would recamend it to anyone who is looking for a great suppliment and wants to see muscle growth quickly.

It's been said that once you go black, you never go back. If the same expression was used to describe White Flood, I'd have to agree. CL has a great reputation, and with products like this it's not hard to figure out why. Great mixability, excellent lemonade flavor and some great energy. Vascularity was insane, and I had great endurance, no crash. The only slightly awkward thing is that you have to take it 45 minutes pre-workout, so it doesn't leave much room for flexibility. Usually, I see the 45 minute recommendation and end up taking it 20-30 minutes preworkout and do fine; that strategy won't work here, as it really doesn't kick in until the last second, even on an empty stomach.

I've seen lots of recommendations for this product, so I bought 2 canisters of it. It has done wonders for my workouts. Great energy, focus, pumps, etc. Everything everyone else has reported. I'm not a hardcore muscle builder, but I find that White Flood really helps me push myself to a much higher level of performance. Don't overdo it with this product though, I've had gastric issues if I don't take an occasional break.
