Written by ponshoe - #1 reviewer - View all my reviews Muscle milk its more like a meal replacement than just protein, you can use it at morning, at night, as meal replacement or as POST, like many ( but i suggest Whey for this scenario ). In terms of taste, all feedback is right, i tried a lot of flavors and there is no one that i can't take it yet, all taste so damn good and you never get used to them. I can recommend you PB Chocolate, Chocolate malt, Caramel swirl, Vanilla, Cinnamon bun, Cookies and cream and Chocolate mint, a lot of flavors but when you taste them, its like being in heaven, lol!. The ingredient profile its very decent, some claims that it needs to up the protein content but i think at 32g its an equal amount that wont be wasted like many protein blends containing up to 60g of protein. At 300+ healthy cals ( without milk ) you can't go wrong with this one for either, bulking or cutting ( depending on your macros ). The price its decent, it worth it and many users agree on that, you wont be disappointed of trying it, i suggest you give it a try to ANY flavor. Plus it keeps you full for a while. 0 of 0 people found the following review helpful

Written by yohead - Top 10 reviewer - View all my reviews Taste wise, hands down Muscle Milk is dominating the other brands. Their new flavor of cake batter is amazing. All their blends also mix very easily with solid consistency. With either milk or water, Muscle Milk always blends easily. This product is very effective for successful delivery of protein and maintaining lean muscle. A+ product for a very good value. 0 of 0 people found the following review helpful

Written by History in Effect - Top 10 reviewer - View all my reviews Ingredients: The ingredients in this profile are something new that Cytosport claims to have revolutionized. EvoPro mimics human protein and helps stimulate new growth. Lean Lipids promote fat loss and keep your body lean. Top-notch ingredients. One servings contains 32 grams of creatine and 12 grams of fat with most in the form of MCT which burn fat easier. Taste/Mixing: I had the pleasure to taste Strawberry Banana for 30 servings. It was great in soy milk and regular 2% milk. I kept wanting to drink more. It certainly gets a 10 out of 10. It also mixes easy. Best to Take It: The best time to take this for me is when I wake up in the morning before I have to go class and when I am going to sleep. As a college student, you get those mid-morning hunger paints and Muscle Milks does a good job of getting rid of them. I recommend you not buy it off their site because its like 48 dollars for 32 servings which is high. If you have money to spend and want to enjoy a great tasting protein shake, Muscle Milk is for you. Lean Lipids do keep you lean indeed. 0 of 0 people found the following review helpful

Written by phrozen5100 - Top 5 reviewer - View all my reviews Taste - I've tried nine or ten flavors in total. Of these, three really stood out to me: Chocolate Caramel Pecan, Chocolate Peanut Butter, and Rootbeer Float. It's hard to believe something that's supposedly good for you can taste so great. Chocolate Caramel Pecan and Chocolate Peanut Butter both tasted amazing in milk. Mixed together and with ice it was like having a wildly unhealthy shake. Rootbeer Float also tastes absolutely amazing with water, and the package mentioned mixing it with some sort of carbonated water or something which sounded like it had a great deal of potential. This is definitely the best tasting casein protein I've ever tried, and quite possibly the best period. Ease of Mixing - It really varies from flavor to flavor, but it's really pretty decent overall. It's actually a blessing compared to ON 100% Casein. Value - This would get a lower score, but milk prices and consequently cottage cheese prices have raised so much that this stuff is much more appealing. This is a great pre-bed formula and is cheaper than many other casein based blends. When using only one scoop mixed with milk, the value is much greater. Other - The newer Muscle Milk contains less fat than the old stuff, so it may be more suitable for cutting. I've only tried the old stuff, and I wasn't too worried about the fat content. Overall, this stuff is fantastic! Unlike it's Complete Whey brethren, this tastes heavenly. I plan on buying it again, and I'd recommend it to anybody out there. 0 of 0 people found the following review helpful
