When you need an all in one pre workout product, xpand by dymatize delivers. Very cost efficient in the market compared to other products that do not offer nearly as much. Can be picked up for around $35 with 50 servings. First thing that i like alot more about xpand than other products, its not one huge proprietary blend where you are guessing you are getting however much of whatever substance.

Biggest advantage to xpand, a hefty dose of 4.5g of creatine. More than enough for each day meaning you dont need to spend extra money for another creatine product. Pumps are definately noticable with the aid of 3.5g of multiple forms of arginine. Probably one of the better pump products i have used. You also get 1g of glutamine, so if you are or are not a believer in the claims for glutamine, you get a little extra.

In addition to all that, it provides some BCAA as well. The caffeine is not too much, its just enough to get a kick start and keep you going without getting to edgy, and if you just dont want caffeine, opt for the non-energized version that is caffeine free.

Great product and a great price. Definately look into it, flavors are all subject to the user as they are good flavors, but depends widely on personal preference
