Dymatize High protein mega gainer is one of my favorite supplements. I have the 10 lb box of it and it lasts for a long time. Most gainers you will see it has like 9 servings which is a JOKE. What is 9 servings going to do. Dymatize high protein gainer gives you 30 servings. Each serving has 60 grams of protein and 81 grams of carbs. You will deffinetly put on some weight with this. It also includes 5 grams of creatine per serving which will help you put on weight alone. It also includes Healthy fats, amino acids, and digestive enzymes to help you take advantage of everything. Another highlight is that it only has 5 grams of sugar per serving with means your not eating mounds of sugar to get the stated 600 calories. I have tried the cookies and cream flavor and enjoy it. This product is best used in a blender like most gainers. I usually use a cup of milk, ice cream, and the gainer and it tastes great.
