EAS Myoplex is one of the most popular Meal replacements of all times and there is a reason for it, its quality/taste.

When you think of a meal replacement, EAS Myoplex should be there; It has a good standard macros with a very good break of protein, carbs and healthy fats + added vitamins & minerals + other goodies. It provide the calories as a real food but in a tastier and liquid form.

ALL the flavors are very well done and they offer what their names indicate. The price as with most meal replacement, isn't cheap but if you really take in consideration what would you spend on real food that gives you the macros of Myoplex, it would be much more expensive.

Myoplex is getting old and unpopular, but its a very solid choice for anyone looking into this stuff.

Overall this is a good meal replacement for the money. It does have 23 grams of carbs, so if you are on a low carb diet, you may want to look for another meal replacement. I like how it does have 42 grams of protein, and a few grams of fat. This makes it a pretty good overall meal replacement. The only thing I would add is a few capsules of fish oil or similar oil since the fat content is a little low. Overall I would recommend this to anyone that needs a meal replacement and does not want to spend too much money.

I personally feel that anyone who actually spends the money for individual packs are wasting their money for starters.

This product is largely dependant on how you mix it. One full pack with about 1/2 liter of water is extremely thick, you will not enjoy it, so if you intend on mixing one pack at a time, do yourself a favor, step it up to at least 1 liter.
I found best consistancy worked out at about 1/2 a pack to 1/2 a liter. At this amount the taste was great and it definately kept me full. I dont think you would want to mix this one with milk. Of course, splitting into half packs is going to be an issue because you have half opened packs laying around, so using this one is going to be completely dependant on the users preferences
