Four stars for Value in the following context: I work in court and do not have access to a blender where I can mix my own ingredients and make a shake the way I know how, leaving me with the only option to go "out" for lunch and dinner--so this is the best money you can spend for the nutrition obtained. I buy it in bulk at Sam's Club and pay about $28/12. You won't loose any muscle drinking 2/day. That's based on my personal experience mostly running and as a light/moderate weight lifter. It's already mixed (just shake it) so that's why five stars there. This product will probably always be in my fridge at the courthouse as my alternative to "Street" food for value and nutrition in exchange for what I otherwise MIGHT spend and consume in calories. I hope this opinion is helpful to you.

Chocolate Cream

So the taste was pretty much sweetened (moreso) plasticky chocolate milk, but wasn't as thick as milk though. Not TERRIBLE but not very good, even though the cocoa taste was smooth-ish. Even though the bottle packs 210 Calories, it was not filling by any means. Being a fairly 'thin' shake it's lack of body may have contributed to this.

Profile is not so great, but fairly (used lightly) comparable to most RTDs out there. Main protein source is soy, so not ideal for some, including myself. Packs 5g of sugars - and goes down in 3 big gulps. Price is not very good at most retailers for this product either. Lose-lose.

I would not spend money on this "nutritional shake" or recommend this flavor.

EAS Myoplex RTD version is one of my favorites RTD's. It has a complete profile that provide us with a good and competitive macros from protein carbs and healthy fats. It makes it perfectly fit as a meal replacement and works well for cutting and bulking, just making it into your daily caloric intake.

As its original presentation, it also has added benefits from enzymes, vitamins % minerals, but this one makes it much more easier for those who are on the run and need to take in a fast meal to keep it goin'. The price isn't very attractive, but that is with most of RTDs and about availability, well you can find it online or for convenience (and a bit higher price) you can also find it on GNC.

One of my tops RTDs definitely.

(Admin: This review applies to the Chocolate Fudge variety.)

Alright, I'll admit it, I bought this by accident. I meant to grab the Lite but I was in a hurry. Anyway, I figure I'd make the most of my mistake and review it.

This RTD is a decent meal replacement option, though with 310 calories it's more of a snack than anything. 43 grams of protein and only 20 grams of carbohydrates is an impressive profile, and it offers a long list of vitamins and minerals for overall health. It also features a nice mix of rapid and slow digesting proteins, and is filling without being overwhelming.

The taste is very good, thick and full of flavor, didn't taste like a chemically-sweetened supplement even though there is only 2 grams of sugar. It isn't the most cost-effective option, but is solid.
