Fish oil contains some fats caleld omega 3's that have been clinically proven to help dissolve cholesterol and reduce your chances for heart disease and other cardiac problem.

In my daily life, i usually take 1 capsule (that you can buy in like 200 capsule containers at like sams club for a miniscule 8 dollars) along with my dinner. I think it works perfectly. With some of my last blood tests, i noticed that the cholesterol levels were much lower, which is great. I highly recommend fish oil to everyone. It is a cheap and easy way to get better health!

Written by fallenkz3 - Top 50 reviewer - View all my reviews fish oil should be a daily supplement in everyones lives!! it is entirely a no risk way to lower your cholesterol. it is a great product to use: just take a tablet a day, and your cholesterol levels will lower noticeably. it has pretty much no side effects, though it is pure fat, but it is all fatty omega 3 acids, so it will not put on any weight. the taste is nasty, though you wont taste it as long as you do not bite into the soft shell. it is a very good product to maintain good health. it helps you dissolve a lot of the cholesterol that leads to heart disease and other heart problems!

I am currently using RxOmega-3 Factors Pharmaceutical grade fish oil caps. Good concentration of 400EPA/200DHA. I take about 3 per day and can really feel the benefits of the joint support it provides. Fish oil is also a convenient way of adding fats to protein shakes to slow down digestion.

I personally tend to feel leaner when i am taking fish oil as opposed to when i am not, prossibly because it is a leaning fat that has shown to aid in fat loss.

As for taste, i have used NutraSea's Fish oil in liquid form which contains a lemon flavor. Not bad at all and is always helpful in getting rid of some taste in bad protein shakes.

Written by runningriot - Top 10 reviewer - View all my reviews Fish oil is something that should definitely be taken by anyone, even those not into bodybuilding or lifting weights. it is a cheap addition to anyones diet and helps promote a general healthy lifestyle. the benefits are also very wide spread, heart health is what most people speak pf when they are talking fish oil and omega healthy fats but others have noticed joint pain relief and even help with headaches. Most pills have no taste and only a faint smell, and the only complaint i have ever had is the occasinal "fish oil burp" which is somewhat unpleasant but not a big deal in the slightest. at such a low cost and convenient form, fish oil should definitely be a staple in everyones supplement stack.

Written by Omega - Top 50 reviewer - View all my reviews In my opinion fish oil should be taken by everyone, especially considering the atrocious diet of the average person, we just flat out NEED a source of essential Omega 3 Fatty Acids, and Fish Oil supplementation is a very easy and effective way of getting it. Benefits include overall health, better looking skin, and improved mood. I'm not going to get into the science of it, but take my advice and get some sort of fish oil, I personally take the Rexall brand because it can be picked up at any local drugstore.

Skin: Since I have been on fish oil for about a year I really noticed that my skin has improved. My skin used to be all wrinkly and chapped but now it is fixed.
Immune system: My blood work and everything is fine and my blood pressure really fell down after using this product. I have heart problems and this product really helps.
Digestive aid: This product is great for the digestion system, because of the omega 3 and the dha and epa in fish oil I noticed that I digest my foods much quicker and without less stress from my body.
Value for the money: Best product money can buy.

If you haven't already bought fish oil then go buy it now there is nothing to lose and only benefits to experience.

The mental energy is excellent, omega 3 has great qualities to help brain concentration and mental energy. My anxiety has also greatly helped with this product whilst taking it with animal pak. The length of the effects are also great, you have to be taking fish oil for about 2 months to start noticing major improvements and they are still sticking with me since I started taking it. The immune system aspect of the fish oil is great. My system is overall way healthier. The joint bone support is also great no complaints there. The digestive aid is also great the food goes down much quicker. The value for the money is superb and such a steal for such a great product. The benefits of this product greatly contribute to why you should buy it. If you never tried it then definatley give it a try. Fish oil will always be a staple in my diet.

It is especially useful for fat loss when you are typically trying to avoid as much fat as possible from unhealthy sources. When adding fish oil to a meal high in carbs and protein, it takes longer for the food to leave the stomach, which results in a slower absorption into cells, especially fat cells.

Before taking the fish oil my skin was chapped and wrinkly, my face wasn't looking great and I had bad mood swings. While taking fish oil I noticed that my mood swings have stopped and my skin is much better. I also read that fish oil helps the heart and many other stuff. Fish oil is one of the fastest growing supplements because people are realizing how helpful it is and there are really no side effects at all. These are just some of the benefits of fish oil:
