Gaspari usually does not let me down, sad to say, they did this time. Cytolean was not the greatest fat burner i have experienced, actually, a big let down.
For starters, the energy is not too much by anymeans, but it hits to quick, i prefer something that builds up and lasts, but with cytolean i found that the energy rushes into your system quickly, and you get huge anxiety, and then it does not last very long after that, and leaves you with the post stim crash, which is never any fun, especially not after a huge incline in effects.
the one thing i did find to be better with cytolean that some others i have tried was the thermogenic effect. it seemed alot stronger than im used to with other products.
all in all, not a good product, PASS.

As i said before, Gaspari Nutrition is one of my favorite top brands, but Cytolean just did not work for me. I tried so many stim fat burners and this isnt one of my favorites.

Physical energy was through the roof because of the caffeine shot, but after several times of use i got used to it. I feel a desesperate feeling while on it so profund, that i stopped at the middle of the bottle and give it for free to my brother.

I also experimented some sort of POST crash of energy and the sweats during cardio were intense, even when i didnt the cardio and just took a dose i started to sweat intense 30 mins later.

Many people loves this product and i dont blame it, but it just didnt do anything for me, the best judge is you but i dont recommend it.

I took the full dose of 3 per day but to my dismay I felt hungry the whole day. I ate a LOT of meals that day. An hour and a half after each meal, I would feel a need to eat again. It almost acted like a appetite enhancer for me. I definitely felt a surge of energy and alertness after every dose but could also consciously feel it subside. Not a real low but noticeable enough. This is probably due to the caffeine. Directions say not to take it any later than afternoon but I actually took a dose closer to evening with no problem sleeping later at night. Great for bulking but probably not for weight loss. Also did not feel any real thermogenic effect from it. Chalk this up as a strike for me.
