An honest review:

This product and other Internet W.Lifting products, like no explode, the VPX products are all crap, I get the same effect from Creatine Mixes I buyu at loblaws for 1/3 the Money. All of them have a shitload of hype on there labels, and they do nothing....I let down my guard and tried superpump 250, what a rip-off...I will never buy this product again.........all hot air. I read so many of these positive reviews, when I was using the actual product
it did nothing. I guess it's a big business and alot of people get paid well and put up all sorts of stuff, like I was so puped made my veins burst etc........please get a life!

I had a short stint with superpump a few months back and thought i would try out a tub just to see if it would be a good alternative to my good ole glycergrow. I wasn't surprised that it lived up to its hype and gave me great pumps and strength preworkout and throughout my entire workout. The taste was not too good and the mixing was decent but i was quite happy with the energy and pumps I got from it. The ingredient profile is perfect and along with a good creatine make for a great workout combo. Sizeon is recommended to go with it but any generic creatine also worked for me and helped to give me some good lean gains.

Pretty good, above-average. SuperPump250 tastes very good, though it is more of an acquired taste. Also, the mixing was the worst part of the product, leaving clumps of powder, and even when I drink it there was still small bits of powder that I just had to suck it up for and swallow. But that's not what matters. The initial power of SuperPump250 is extraordinary, but then it's effects start to waver off. I also got bloated on SuperPump250. If you are looking to switch things up, then I would definitely recommend giving it a go. It's not my pre-workout product of choice, but I use it every now and then to mix things up a bit, and I feel that anybody should try this product out as well.

I had heard good things about SuperPump, so I was super pumped to try it. (Lame, I know.) Unfortunately, it did not live up to the hype, as I didn't feel very energetic at all or miraculously grow bigger after my workout as the package suggests. The Blue Raspberry flavor wasn't bad, but the powder didn't mix too well in water. There are cheaper, more effective alternatives available, SuperPump is nothing to get excited about.

New to working out, less than a year, and I have tried at least 5 other products. By far Super Pump was the best.
