Written by runningriot - Top 10 reviewer - View all my reviews worse than not recieving any benefits from the powder was the absolutely awful taste. it was honestly one of the worst tasting and smelling things i have ever experienced, opening the container would make me gag. i woudl definitely suggest that anyone looking to supplement using glutamine powders to strongly reconsider. 0 of 0 people found the following review helpful

Written by void0308 - View all my reviews A benefit that I have noticed glutamine provides, while not directly bodybuilding related, is increased immune defense. I get sick far less frequently while taking glutamine. Even when both of my roommates and my girlfriend are all sick at the same time, I often get by unscathed. 1 of 1 people found the following review helpful

Written by Ironmaster10 - Top 10 reviewer - View all my reviews I noticed that after continued use, my recovery time was cut in half, and my lifts started to go up as a result of it. The best part about the whole thing was how cheap it was. I would say that any serious bodybuilder needs to use glutamine since it's the most abudant amino acid in the body. 10/10 rating 0 of 0 people found the following review helpful
