This is a vitamin pack much like animal pak but with less dose of vitamins and minerals. it is a quality muliti vitamin pack but not up to par with animal pak. The pak consists of 6 or 7 capsules with a 500mg fish oil capsule in there as well. the fish oil capsule is a nice addition to the pack and something i definatly enjoyed. although i did tend to get stomach discomfort about an hour after taking the pack everyday and did find i actually developed sinus infections more frequently while using this pack. compared to other vitamin packs i think it pales in comparison. I do not believe the company is making these products anymore so finding them may be difficult. I do not believe it is worth the cost though.
