Written by veeshmack - Top 5 reviewer - View all my reviews Their creatine monohydrate is just like any other creatine, only at the best price you are going to find. For only $20, you get 200 servings! Thats $0.02 per serving! I do not think it is possible to find a cheaper product that brings the same quality and reputation to the game. What else seperate their creatine from the competition? It's micronized creatine monohydrate. Basically meaning it is a finer powder, this leads to better absorption and better results. People are always going into fancy creatines, and though for some they do bring better results, most people will receive the best possible results from basic monohydrate, and since it is cheaper, it is probably the best way to go. Higher Power/BB.com is a very reputable company and very cheap, so if you need creatine, never hesitate to buy monohydrate from them. 1 of 1 people found the following review helpful

Written by bigtruckguy3500 - View all my reviews After only a week of taking it, I started to notice that I just felt a little fuller, and with in two weeks my lifts were definitely improving much faster than they had been before. I did notice some side effects, however. I made sure I had at least 1.25 gallons of water everyday, which for my size I believe is enough. But I still experienced muscle cramps if I stretched out any of my muscles too quickly after they had been cold or in a shortened position for a long time. The cramp would subside almost immediately, but it was just an annoyance. Even after upping my intake of water for a few days, I still noticed it was there, so I dropped my water intake back down because other wise it was just too annoying haveing to go to the bathroom that much. |
