I'll admit it - I'm a sucker for protein bars, and I always like trying new ones. The Oh Yeah! looked good, so I grabbed it. The profile isn't the greatest - 26 grams of protein, 19g fat, 31g carbs for a total of 380 calories - I'd prefer a bit more protein. There's not too much sugar here, though there are a lot of sugar alcohols, but that's pretty standard. I like that it has a blend of protein (slow and fast). What I really like though, is the taste. This is another bar that makes you check to make sure you didn't grab a candy bar instead. Great taste, oozy caramel.

I had the pleasure to receive a box of Oh Yeah Bars and all I can say is Oh Yeah. I got the Peanut Butter and Strawberry flavor. It tasted great indeed. You bite into it and can taste the nuts and strawberry in your mouth. I microwave it for 5 seconds, so it melts in my mouth. It could have had some more strawberry flavor in it, so the peanut butter would not be the dominant taste. 15 grams of protein are packed into this product and I would consider eating one as a snack or meal replacement maybe. Beware though because once you eat one, you may not be able to stop. I ate three bars in one sitting and they were oh so good.
