LG had a good idea here, combining both BCAAs and EAAs into one product, as most companies make you choose. In other good news, the price is attractive and this mixes perfectly. Unfortunately, the taste is horrendous - and that's saying something, because I pretty much like anything that is Blue Raspberry flavored. I started out using less water than suggested (as I usually do) to get a better flavor, but it tasted horrible. I added more water, but it tasted worse. I'm not sure if this helped my endurance, but it was a big distraction because I dreaded drinking it and could not finish.

I happen to get my hands on some samples of LG Sciences BC+EAA. BCAA promote growth and EAA make sure your muscles continue to grow. You put them together and you get an awesome tag-team duo. This product can be used intra-workout or you could use it as a post-workout product to combat the intense workouts you have. This product also has glutamine for ample recovery. Anyway, I put three scoop in 12 oz of cold water or so I thought. I put in some extra ice cubes which diluted the flavor significantly, but it wasn't bad. Workouts seem to be more productive and you can crank out an extra rep or two. I could see this being a good intra-workout product that you could add beta-alainine too to make it even more dynamite. 18 dollars for 33 servings ain't bad, but I don't think this could compete with Intrabolic on taste or effectiveness.

I'm currently undergoing possibly the most intense cut i have ever gone through, and as a result, i wouldnt say i mega dose, but i try to get in alot of amino acids, so i have lots of EAA/BCAA products on hand. One of which is the new BC+EAA product by LG Sciences.

Firstly, the flavor is right down AMAZING. Blue Raspberry has never appealed to me so much, but this, it was wow, so good, i could drink it all day long.

Recovery wise, definately you can feel it, while coupled with aplodan the DOMS at first were nuts, after introducing BC+EAA you could really feel it lighten up, and it makes a huge difference. Despite cutting, i have been really able to maintain and gain strength.
