Again, I picked this up at my local GNC off of the clearance rack. The guy told me that it used to be one of the best sellers at the store, but MRI is releasing some new version of it. I have used MRI products before, and while they are expensive, they do work, and this was no exception. I put on a lot of strength and muscle gain, while not adding much bulk. I would say this is geared for the powerlifters. I noticed that it gave me a great pump, and my recovery time was better than normal. I wouldn't recommend picking this up unless it's on clearance at the GNC, otherwise it's too expensive. Overall, I would say this is a 6/10
