Myco Green is suppsed to maximize recovery and provide antioxidants, digestive and immune support. The pills contain a sea vegetable blend, organic flax seed meal, organic greens blend, MSM, Grape Seed Extract, and a ton of other ingredients you may or may not have heard of. I'm not quite sure if this did a lot for me, although I never had any digestive problems with it. This contains peppermint lea, and you can definitely taste it even in just swallowing these. Ironically, while this was supposed to boost my immune system, it actually set me off into a sneezing frenzy for about 30 minutes after dosing.
