Written by vtwizzie - Top 10 reviewer - View all my reviews Overall Ragnarok is a great preworkout product for pumps, focus and aggression in the gym and offers very good value for your supplement dollar. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a preworkout product that is nicely dosed in creatine as well. 0 of 0 people found the following review helpful

Written by TangOandCasH - Top 50 reviewer - View all my reviews When I first twisted off the cap and smelled the aroma of Ragnarok (Warrior Melon) I was think it would be a winner. I was right. The stuff smells like cotton candy and bubble gum. It mixes very easily, 8oz of H20, light shake, and the powder is totally gone. So lets get down to business: TASTE: This stuff tastes even better then it smells. If I had not known it was a pre-WO supplement I would never be able to tell the difference between this and a really good grocery store melon juice. All I can say is "WOW!", in the taste department you will not be dissappointed. ENERGY/PUMP: Ragnarok also shines in this department as it provided me with a huge "jolt" 20min after ingestion. I was literally flying in the locker room as I was changing before my WO. Great focus and sustainable energy with the product. PUMPS were fantastic as well, massive vascularity, and pronounced skin tension in my forearms and biceps. It was awesome having a very pumped feel the entire workout. I was able to keep focused and maintain a "Zoned-In" feeling. Muscle endurance and stamina were also highly increased. DURATION: My workout lasted 78min from start to finish. When the stimulation kicked in it maintained me at a very steady and appropriate level for the duration of my heavy lifts. I did feel a steady decline in energy towards the beginning of my ABS workout. I wasn't crashing but the effects were definitely wearing off. PRICE: Ragnarok is competitively priced and offers approximately 40 servings for a price ranging in the mid $30's. Side-effects: I cannot convey any side-effects are negatives with this product. I functioned as advertised and did NOT fall short off my expectations. I experienced no crash or jittery feelings. It was just one hell of a ride. VERDICT: This is a product I will religiously use in my WO supplementation regimen. I was blow away by taste, energy, and pump factors. I am very pleased I got my hands on this and I recommend you do the same. This is the caffeinated{stim} version. I will also post the non-caffinated (Blue Razz) review so look for it. 1 of 1 people found the following review helpful

Written by Beast2Be - Top 50 reviewer - View all my reviews Taste- I tried the Battle Black Cherry and Warrior Watermelon. Both tasted amazing and were easy to take down! Energy- The energy on Ragarnok is amazing. The stimulant profile is pretty high, but not enough to give you jitters of any kind. Everytime I leave the gym after taking Ragarnok, I feel like I could've worked out longer. The energy doesn't even wear off for 4-5 hours Mental Focus- Probably my favorite effect. Within 10-15 minutes of taking it, I feel extremely focused and ready to hit the weights. The mental focus is similar to N.O-Xplode, but the effects dont wear off after 2 weeks Pumps- The pumps are absolutely sick. My bicep vein is normally nowhere to be found, but with 1.5 scoops of Ragarnok it pops out. The vascularity is almost freakish and the pump last's for quite a while Cost- On Millenium sport's website Ragarnok has been on sale for $20 with free shipping. They might still have that deal going and always have sales on there products. Definitely a cost-effective supplement! If your looking for a new pre-workout supplement, give this one a try. It is extremely cost-effective and it actually works! 0 of 0 people found the following review helpful
