I have used multiple cycles of X-factor and have been pleased every time. While the muscle gains were lower on the subsequent cycles verses the first one, they were still enough for me to fall in love with this product. The amount of research that has gone into this product makes it one of the most advanced products in recent supplements. One can expect little to no gains for first 3 weeks and then solid muscle mass gains from week 3 through the entire 50 day cycle. dosage used for me was 1000mg a day of product. notable sides were headache, severe DOMS, and oily skin. although the sides were not enough to make me consider stopping of the cycle. I also noticed considerable "leaning up" during cycle as well. All in all a great product for muscle growth.

I tried this supplement only one time in my life with no much gains from it. I used it almost like a year ago for bulking at 4 caps a day. 1-2-1 and i admit that it works for you by getting some DOMS. After week 1-2 DOMS start to increasing but you get used to them easily, i definitely put some weight on, but mainly fat due to my bad bulking diet, thats why i dont blame this supplement, it has LOTS of positive reviews and feedback, a reason to give it a 2nd try.

Side effects i experimented were DOMS and some mild acne, but i have to say that my strength and pumps were incredible during my X-factor cycle, i notice this because plateaued before this supp and then all my max reps went up very nicely. So i cant really judge this supplement, i just wanted to expose some of the sides i experimented, but if you have the money to get a complete cycle ( 2 bottles ) run it, why not?, feedback talks.

Unsafe for those with preexisting inflammatory conditions, cancer, or those over the age of 35 although that can be debatable.

One of the best non-hormonal mass builders on the market today.

I was only able to run half a cycle, and most gains are seen in the second half of the cycle. However, ever since I was on it, my gains seemed to steadily go up more and more. It also gave me a great pump. I would highly recommend this product IF you had the money to spare for the full cycle, which is kinda costly.

X-factor is regarded as the best anabolic breakthrough since creatine. If you don’t already know about Arachidonic Acid then look into it. I did a 50 day cycle of X-factor( 2 bottles). I gained about 6 pound of muscle and lost about 2 pounds of fat. X-factor is not a steroid or a hormone. It’s a fatty acid found in meat and eggs. It’s naturally released when the muscles stretch. After about 2 weeks of X-factor you can see and feel the gains. The pumps are incredible. A very important rule is that you cannot take asprin or other inflammatory such as fish oil and joint supplements. This is because X-factor works by inflaming you muscles and making then expand. The downside to that is that one of the side effects is join pain and DOMS or delayed onset muscle soreness. It’s a trade off that you must take but its deffinetly worth the gains. Great product.

Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 1 softgel 3-4 times daily for 50 days (2 bottles are required for a full cycle). Take with meals. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Take 50 days off before repeating.
