If i had to pick a energy drink of choice, i would definitely pick the monster low carb drink. It does just what it says, it gives you plenty of energy with a low carb content, i think only like 6 grams of sugar, which i did not even know was possible for a energy drink until i tried this. Basically, it tastes kind of like a "diet" monster regular energy drink, but it tastes better than most diet drinks. It gives you energy through taurine, caffeine, and ginsin, so amazingly there is some nutritional value too. I actually drank this to keep me awake through a night while on a trip with my buddies, and i felt great!

this energy drink is pretty good. It provides a lot of energy, with mostly natural energy enhancers, in other words, it does not pack you with carbs, sugars, calories, etc. It has barely any calories, less than 50 i think, barely any sugars. I love it because it still provides as much energy as other drinks, but from natural substances and vitamins. I sometimes drink it during my workouts, because it has a very refreshing taste that not only replenishes you body but also your mind and soul. It is very cooling. The only downside is that it is quite expensive, 2 to 3 dollars per can. But i think its definitely worth it.

If you thought all energy drinks were garbage, think again. Monster Lo-Carb packs only 20 calories in a 16oz can, but gives you enough energy to get through your workout and well beyond. B vitamins, Taurine, Ginseng and Caffeine are a killer combination and it's quite a rush, without much (6g) sugar. The taste is great too, neither overly sweet or pathetically weak. Only downside is the price, so buy in 4 packs or larger unless you want to pay $2 or more per can.
