The intra-workout market was thought of as something that was not of vital importance. This was the case, but that is now ficion as big supplement company Muscletech has invaded the market. Intra-Vol is positioning itself as the intra-workout product of today. This is ordinary business for Muscletech, but this product has hope. The inclusion of creatine as well as beta-alanine make it decent at best. Then, you see it contains amino acids and BCAA's in abundance. I just wish Muscletech didn't have so many ingredients in their products. You got to research most of them before even taking the product. Icy Fruit Punch is good flavor, but I mixed it with too much water. There was a little foam at the top probably from the waxy maize. My workout went great with Intra-Vol, but the strong pumps were not there neither was vascularity. It is a decent product, but it won't change the intra-workout market.
