one of the best multis form one of the best companies. NOW always puts out quality products and the ingredient profile on NOW ADAM certainly speaks for itself. This multi is also a great value and i would suggest it to anyone looking for a cheap, high quality multi for everyday use. you could go out and pay tons more for animal pak or some of the other high name multi vitamins, which im sure are great products, but for the price i dont think you can beat NOW ADAM. the only downside if there is one is the size of the pill. i find it hard to swallow such a big pill but you can just call me a baby:) i would definitely reccomend this

Very quality multivitamin designed for men. I have used many many bottles of this product and have enjoyed it. The ingredient profile is very good although a few of the ingredients are extremely underdosed, most likely there for names sake rather then the effects one would like to see from the ingredient. The cost makes this one of the best male multi vitamins currently on the market. The manufacturing processes of NOW also shows the high quality of this multi vitamin. I usually use this multi vitamin as a staple but sometimes switch off to other vitamins and then back to NOW adam. I highly suggest this to any person looking for a solid multi vitamin for a great price.
