NOW Vegetable Glycerine is an interesting product. Many people have heard about Controlled Labs Glycergrow or the use of Glycerol Monosterate in Gaspari SizeOn. NOW is basic glycerine and is much cheaper. You can use it on your skin to moisturize your body. Glycerine attracts water and that is a good thing. Glycerine attracts water and a lot of people use it right before they step on stage. People on the last days of contest cut out water and the use of glycerine attracts the water. I use a teaspoon three times a day and make sure to take in a lot of water. Your veins will bulge from this and its very cheap. This can be be put externally on your skin and ingested internally in your mouth. Good product and you will enjoy the sweet taste.
