Normally I tend to think all Multivitamins are the same, but this one caught my eye for a few reasons. First, it contains Iron, which a lot of supplements lack. But as I have iron-deficiency anemia, this is great, now I don't have to buy a separate supplement for Iron. This also has extra B-vitamins for mood and energy support and Vitamin C for immune system protection, which is important as I head back into dorm life. The pills are a bit large, but that's not really much of an issue.
