Abyss is a "deep sleep formula" intended to help one fall asleep and maximize the benefits of REM sleep, as well as improve mood and anabolic activity. While the last claim is hard to prove, Abyss has helped me attain some deep, relaxing sleep. It gets me to sleep faster than melatonin and I don't feel drowsy upon waking. The first night I took it I slept much longer than I wanted to, but since then this hasn't been an issue. Probably the best sleep aid I've come across.
