Time for a new Multivitamin, so I picked up the One A Day Men's Health Formula. It has a pretty standard supply of vitamins and minerals, with special concentrations for heart health, prostate health and steady blood pressure. The only bad thing is it's not a chewable, but I guess as an adult I should have moved beyond the phase where I need to be bribed to take a vitamin with fruity flavors.
