Written by soundcheck129 - #1 reviewer - View all my reviews ON's 2:1:1 recovery offers a lot of simple carbs, a nice blend of proteins, and minimal fat for optimal post-workout recovery. I like the formula with the exception of so many simple carbs, some complex ones would be nice. The taste isn't fantastic, but it's alright, standard as far as ON's flavoring goes. It's a bit pricey, so you're probably better off just nabbing a whey/casein blend and pouring that over your favorite sugary cereal. 1 of 1 people found the following review helpful

Written by History in Effect - Top 5 reviewer - View all my reviews Profile: It contains 70 grams of carbohydrates which includes Waxy Maize Starch. Also, 2:1:1 recovery contains 35 grams of quick acting Hydrolyzed Whey Protein Isolate, medium speed egg albumen, and slow worker micellar casein. Mixing: Instant like making Hot Pockets Taste: I got a sample of Very Vanilla and it was very good. I thought Mucho Mango and Colossal Chocolate was great, but this is number one in regards to taste. Mix it with milk if you can. Overall: I need to get some money quick and pick up a container of 2:1:1 Recovery. Results 1 - 4 of 4 |
