Optimum Melatonin comes in 3mg doses, so it's pretty flexible if you want a normal dose or want to kick it up a notch. I found that 3mg was fine, got me to sleep within 45 minutes, no drowsiness the next day. It doesn't keep me from waking up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, but that's fine - I'd rather not wake up to find I wet the bed the next morning. Very attractively priced.
