The powerbar harvest bar is a whole grain carb bar, that gives you energy and some daily fiber and whole grain supplements. It is just like a basic energy bar, with good amount of calories, carbs, etc. It also has like 5 g of fiber per bar, so it gives you a pretty good portion of your daily amount of fiber. I found some of these at walmart at walmart the other day, and i am not going to lie, they are somewhat pricey. I think they amounted to like a dollar each, so it is not a cheap bar to buy. but if you are missing some fiber and whole grain in your diet, this may be helpful.

This one is i think better for just your general health than for quick energy. It is all whole grain stuff, with almost everything being all grain stuff. There are about 5 grams of fiber as well, so that is good. It gives you a serving of whole grains, which is pretty good considering its only 250 calories, with about 42 grams of carbs. I am not sure why, but there are a lot of sugars, 22 grams. That is a bit too much for me. but otherwise, the bar also has 20+ vitamins and minerals that may act as supplements for you. It did not provide as much energy as other bars, but it definitely has lots of good stuff in it.
