Its extremely cheap for what you get, and it mixes great in protein shakes. I noticed that when i went off of beta alanine, that my lifts werent as productive, and that I was getting tired quicker. Beta alanine is one of the few supplements that I believe should be a staple in your supplement stash. When comined with creatine, it allows you to do some much more, and increases lean body mass. The only thing about beta alanine, is that you do feel a slight tingle when you take higher dosages, but this is a gauge of how much you should take. I usually take it during my workouts, and in the mornings. I would highly recommend this product if your looking for a solid beta alanine supplement.

the powder comes witha convenient one gram scoop which has a very subtle, almost non existent taste and mixes amazingly. this makes it easy to throw a scoop or two into a glass of water or a proeting shake without effecting the taste or texture.

while this product is no miracle worker of course, i have noticed a definite increase in vascularity and an overall "leaning effect" since ive started using it. Since i have started using this product i have also noticed it to be easier to get out the last couple reps on my last set.

i would definitely suggest this to everyone, ecspecially at the price and from a trusted company like primaforce

Written by fitman83 - View all my reviews I've been taking beta alanine for about a month and a half. This stuff rocks! My energy, stamina, endurance and strength have all shot way up. Everything that you've ever heard about beta alanine is all true and then some. The tingling gets annoying at times but just suck it up, it's not as bad as some people claim, but it's definitely there and you can feel it. The more I take it though the less tingling i'm noticing, so that's good. My cardio is much better now, I can push myself so much harder on the bike and i'm moving up in weights also.

Strength and endurance have gone up significantly, I virtually can keep going and going and going... it seems to good to be true, but it is. I rarely even get tired now, and I'm lifting about 15% more than I was when I started. In between sets my muscles do not feel fatigued at all. Slightly bitter taste. Stacks very well with SizeOn. I would consider this a staple of BBing along with Creatine and Whey.
